The director of the Engineering Technology Research Center graduated from the Automotive Engineering Department of North China Institute of Technology. He has participated in advanced training courses in automotive manufacturing (Jiangsu University) including AutoCAD and CATIA 3D design, enterprise management (Yu Shiwei) production operation management, ISO9001, TS16949 (Tianjin Huacheng) computer software application, EF English, etc., and obtained a senior engineer qualification in mechanical engineering. He has been deeply involved in the industry for 30 years and is familiar with the development process of automotive rearview assemblies.
As of the end of July 2024, the research center had 26 full-time R&D personnel, of which 9 were 35 years old, accounting for 34.62% of the total R&D personnel, thus achieving a younger team. The company has set up an R&D department, a laboratory, a pilot plant and a training room.
Over the past three years, the center has implemented a project process management mechanism. Using technology research and development projects as the vehicle, it has established core business workflows for project application, acceptance and management, and patent application and protection. Management is strictly conducted according to these core workflows, focusing on goal achievement. Project management is tailored to the purposefulness of the center's work, self-control, and creativity. A project manager system is implemented, with project teams formed according to task requirements and dedicated managers assigned to coordinate relevant personnel to support the center's strategic operations and ensure the timely completion of specific tasks.
Over the past three years, we have successfully implemented and put into production the project results. To recognize the hard work and contributions of the project team, we have decided to award the team annually.
Team members. Rewards cover patent authorization, R&D team, and outstanding individuals. Reward amounts are clearly defined according to the "Technology Transfer System." The goal is to enhance center cohesion and recognize employee efforts. In addition to material rewards, challenging tasks and growth opportunities are provided. This motivates employees to explore, learn, grow, unleash their potential, and create value. It also promotes teamwork and propels the company towards higher goals.
